*A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance required 4 weeks prior to the start of the rental. A breakage / damage deposit of  £150 is payable with your final payment and will be refunded to you once an inventory check has been carried out.

A local tourism tax (including mobility tax) of EUR 2.80 per person per night is payable on arrival for all adults and for children over 15 years.
